Thanks for joining us here at The Storytime Station! This project was born out of my love for library storytimes. During my time as a Children’s Librarian at a public library, I had the privilege of leading multiple groups of kids each week in energetic story hours. Being a librarian was and is my dream job, but I pressed pause for a while because my other dream job was calling me — I wanted very much to stay home with my infant son when he was born. So, now I’m a Children’s librarian-turned-stay-at-home-mom-turned-mombrarian? Whatever I am now, I know I am happiest and most fulfilled when I get to help families strengthen their bond while also strengthening their kids’ early literacy skills. I am excited to see where this project takes us.
